Step 1 – Create an account

You can access the registration page from several places across the site:

By clicking the "Login" button in the top menu;
When attempting to start a chat;

Or by using the "Login" button in the footer.

To create an account, simply enter your email and choose a password. That's it — your account will be created instantly.

Free tokens are provided once per unique user. If a user creates multiple accounts, tokens will only be credited after email verification — and only to the first account that was registered.

Step 2 – Verify Your Account

After registering, you'll receive a welcome email with a confirmation link. To activate your account, simply click the link provided in the message.

Important: The email might land in your Spam folder — please check it carefully.

Once you click the confirmation link in the email, your account will be automatically verified, and your welcome tokens will be credited.

If you didn't receive the email:

After 24 hours, a pop-up will appear allowing you to resend the confirmation email;
You can also resend it manually in your profile settings by clicking "Verify account";
Or reach out to our Support team, and they'll promptly send a new confirmation email.

Step 3 – Top Up Your Balance

The maximum balance for an authorized user is 200 tokens. Every 24 hours after your first token usage, your balance is automatically topped up to 200 tokens — ensuring you always have access to Annet's essential features.

Note: If you've made a purchase and your balance exceeds 200 tokens, free daily refills are paused until your balance drops below the limit.

Step 4 – Start a Conversation

To begin chatting with Annet, go to the Chat section, click on the text input field, type your message, and hit the Send button. You can start the conversation with any message — Annet will instantly respond and support the dialogue.

Annet is designed to behave like a real person. Her mood and behavior may shift throughout the conversation — she might get busy, pause the dialogue, or even end it for a while. But if she likes you, she may start the conversation herself.

Make sure to enable message notifications — missing her message might upset Annet.

All conversations happen via text messages. Annet, in return, can reply with both text and photo content, making the interaction more vivid and immersive.
